MOORESVILLE, NC (JULY 31, 2007) Anpath Group Inc. (OTCBB: ANPG), announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) received notification from The Boeing Company (BA) that its disinfectant, EnviroTru™ 1453, meets material compatibility requirements for airline materials. The process leading to this notification included a review of ESI’s materials compatibility test results by Boeing’s Medical Department.

In a message sent to all Boeing customers, Boeing Field Service Bases, Regional Directors, the Air Transport Association, International Air Transport Association, and Airline Resident Representatives, the airline manufacturer stated,” Boeing has recently learned that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has registered EnviroTru™ 1453. Boeing has reviewed the test data on EnviroTru™ 1453 and has found that the product meets material compatibility requirements for airline materials.”

The Company previously announced the Federal EPA registration of EnviroTru™ 1453 and plans to use the disinfectant to target the aviation industry through its exclusive distribution arrangement with Zip-Chem® Products (www.zipchem.com) of Morgan Hill, CA. Mr. Chuck Pottier, President of Zip-Chem commented, “We have completed our launch plans, including placing our initial inventory order with ESI for EnviroTru™ 1453 and are anxious to execute. Many of our aviation customers are requesting the product and the recent communication from Boeing has served to increase those requests.” Mr. Pottier continued, “It is important to note that not only does EnviroTru™ 1453 conform to the non-corrosion and material compatibility standards recognized by Boeing in the AMS 1453 and D6-7127 specifications but it also has passed the AMS 1452 specifications recognized by Airbus”.
